Marina does try to accommodate request to remain at the marina but the new owner must speak directly with Marina to make arrangements. The marina has areas with fire pits to have campfires and in peak season you can enjoy live music, bingo and trivia nights. Winter storage = $1800-1900 & Seasonal mooring $3800-3900 [May to late October]. Stop paying crazy rent and live on a boat! Loved this little sailboat and will be sad to say goodbye to it. No survey. Sold as is. Motor alone could be sold for $2300-2600. May also consider a boat share with the right person who only wants to use it as a floating cottage to make it more affordable.
